By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by Breath to Connect ("BreathTribe") from time to time.

Unless otherwise defined here, terms in these Terms and Conditions carry the same meaning as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

BreathTribe disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold BreathTribe harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating in any BreathTribe activity, including breathwork sessions, events, or retreats, I expressly agree that BREATH TO CONNECT LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me or my guests. I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, and I forever release and discharge BREATH TO CONNECT LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future.
Additionally, I hereby grant BREATH TO CONNECT LLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications and marketing materials, without payment or further authorization.
Intellectual Property Rights
Breath to Connect owns or licenses all intellectual property in its services, including design, logos, graphics, videos, and trademarks. This content is protected by copyright and trademark laws in the U.S. and internationally. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or internal business use only. Reproduction, commercial use, or public sharing of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms:
Users must pay for services at the time of booking. We accept Zelle and credit card payments via our website.
Refunds and Cancellations:

Sessions: Refunds available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Retreats: Refunds available with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Rescheduling: Sessions and retreats may be rescheduled under the same notice periods.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund:
To cancel or request a refund, contact us directly through the website or by sending a message.
Subscriptions
Billing:
Some services are subscription-based. The customer may choose between monthly or semi-annual renewal.
Cancellation:
Users can cancel subscriptions anytime through their account or by contacting us. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Weather and Rescheduling Policy
Sessions are held rain or shine. However, if conditions become unsafe (including lightning, thunder, or flooding), the session will be rescheduled. The rescheduled session may take place at the same day and time the following week, or at another time mutually agreed upon by the coach and the client.
