Where is BreathTribe located?

Our studio is located at 180 NE 86th Street, Miami, Florida — your sanctuary for breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, recovery, and transformation.

Do I need experience to join sauna sessions?

No. Our sauna and contrast therapy sessions are beginner-friendly, guided, and safe for all levels.

Can I do sauna sessions if I have a medical condition?

Please consult your doctor before participating, especially if you have cardiovascular or respiratory concerns.

A towel, water bottle, and a change of clothes. For comfort, you may also bring warm clothing to wear after your ice bath.

Is parking available?

Yes. We offer free parking through our space garage parking area, making your visit easy and stress-free.
