You’ll begin with focused breathwork and biomechanics, followed by guided functional training tailored to your goals—whether it’s recovery, performance, or everyday vitality. Led by certified Functional Patterns and Movement coaches, this session helps address the root causes of pain, prevent injury, and optimize how your body moves. Grounded in evidence-based methods like Oxygen Advantage and other functional breathing approaches, this experience focuses on correcting dysfunctional patterns, improving oxygen delivery, and building resilience from the inside out.
