The BreathTribe GOAT Challenge 2026 is an invitation to step into nature's raw beauty and discover what you are truly made of. Together we will explore the trails of Mount Timpanogos, with its cascading waterfalls, alpine lakes, and starlit skies.
This is more than a hike. It is a journey designed to challenge your body, clear your mind, and help you reconnect with yourself and the people around you. Together, we will practice mindful breathwork, move with intention, and share nourishing meals under open skies.
Guided by experienced leaders who know these trails well, you will be supported every step of the way, from preparation to the final breathtaking views. Whether you arrive solo, with a friend, or with a partner, this experience is built to draw out your strength, courage, and sense of wonder.
