During these classes we share techniques and tools to create healthier routines and skills. We are here to conquer daily stress, process emotions, and grow through life challenges.

This is how it works:

BREATHING + MOVEMENT CLASS: Functional movement patterns to strengthen your movement foundation. Reconnect with your diaphragm and TBA muscles using different movement and breathing techniques.

BREATHING + ICE: Explore the Wim Hof Method, XPT Performance breathing, and Oxygen Advantage followed by an Ice Bath 

FIRE CHATS W SPECIAL GUEST: Following our Movement Class we will have Q&A conversation with an expert on movement, breathing, yoga and much more. Snack and juices will be offered for the community to enjoy over fire.
