A 90-minute private experience with full access to the sauna and ice bath—unguided, uninterrupted, and entirely yours. Set your own rhythm as you move between heat and cold, whether in quiet solitude or shared presence. This session offers space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with your body through elemental contrast. Designed for those seeking restoration without instruction, it's an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and experience the benefits of contrast therapy in your own time.
